A large number of office-bearers and workers of the party exercised their right to vote for electing officials at various tiers of the party including the co-ordination committee, sectors, units, zones and district committees.

Hailing the government’s decision of reducing the prices of petroleum products, including Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), the Haq Parast members of the National Assembly, urged the government to take more measures aimed at providing further relief to poor people of the country.Describing the reduction in the petroleum prices `a good omen’, the members of the National Assembly said that though the MQM in its budget proposals had hinted towards reduction in the petroleum prices, the need of the hour was to give more subsidy on petroleum products.
