Asks the Co-ordination Committee to hold meetings with political and religious parties, intellectuals, thinkers and senior analysts Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has said that the analysis presented by him in the light of the overall international situation calls for stability, solidarity, brotherhood and sectarian harmony so that the country could be pulled back from imminent dangers. He said this while speaking to the joint meeting of the Co-ordination Committee in London and Pakistan.

He said that Ramadan is the month in which the door of the blessings is opened. This is the month in which we fast for getting the blessings of Almighty Allah and it adds to piety. He prayed Allah to shower His blessings on Pakistan in the holy month of Ramadan.

Deputy Convener of the Co-ordination Committee of the MQM and Federal Minister for Overseas Pakistanis Dr Farooq Sattar has said that the advent of a revolution in Pakistan cannot be stopped. Change in the country is the need of the hour but the change should be on permanent basis. He was addressing a large public gathering in Jahaniyan in southern Punjab. A large number of people living in Jahaniyan and the adjoining areas had come to attend the MQM public meeting. Members of the Co-ordination Committee Mr Wasay Jalil, Mr Aftakhar Akbar Randhawa, In-charge MQM Multan Zone Mr Khalid Jawed and other local officials were also present on the occasion.

He said that the holy month of Ramadan was about to start and the traders and business persons were highly apprehensive about the increasing incidents of extortion, kidnapping for ransom, and bloodshed in the city.
