Altaf Hussain deplores suicide attack at the end of the ANP meeting in Peshawar.

The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has deplored the suicide attack at the end of the ANP meeting in Peshawar resulting in the death of the senior ANP leader and provincial minister Bashir Ahmed Bilour along with police personnel and other ANP workers and sympathizers.  He has expressed heartfelt condolences to the families of the people who lost their loved-ones in the deadly attack including the grieving family of the deceased Bashir Ahmed Bilour.

The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain telephoned the head of Awami National Party (ANP) Mr Asfandyar Wali and offered condolences on the martyrdom of the senior ANP leader Bashir Ahmed Bilour. He prayed Almighty Allah to shower His blessings on the souls of all the people killed in the suicide attack. He also prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured.

Members of the Co-ordination Committee of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Gulfaraz Khan Khattak, Aftakhar Randhawa and Yousuf Shahwani have said that the MQM believes in serving the humanity irrespective of religious beliefs, nationality, caste, colour and language. They said that the political philosophy and ideology of Altaf Hussain could guarantee the rights of the oppressed people of the country. The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has had a telephonic conversation with the head of the Tehreek-i-Minhaj-ul-Quran Prof Dr Tahirul Qadri. Both agreed on extending mutual co-operation and discussion for changing the decaying system and eliminating the archaic feudal system and corruption from the country. Mr Hussain welcomed the arrival of Dr Qadri in the country and expressed best wishes for him.

The committee said that PAT Chairman Dr Tahirul Qadri is also making struggle to abolish the rotten feudal system and the culture of hereditary politics in the country like Mr Altaf Hussain. The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has directed the Co-ordination Committee in London and Pakistan, and workers of zones, sectors, units and different wings of the MQM to cancel all the scheduled demonstrations. He asked them to show patience and refrain from using inappropriate language against the judiciary.
