MQM condemns workers arrests in Karachi, Hyderabad
 
KARACHI, 14-04-2016:
The Coordination Committee of Muttahida Quami Movement strongly condemned the arrests of MQM’s innocent workers in Karachi and Hyderabad by Police and the Rangers.
 
In a statement, the Coordination Committee said that the security personnel not only arresting MQM workers but also arresting their family members to harassing them. It said that MQM workers were being forced to join the so-called political party.
 
The Committee said that on the denial of MQM workers, they were being disappeared to threaten others. It said that after the people rejected the Establishment backed political party, the conspiring elements started such oppressing tactics to demoralize people. It also appealed to the human rights organizations to take notice of such violations of fundamental rights of the people.
