A delegation led by the head of the Hazara tribe chief Sardar Sadat Ali visited the Head Office of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Nine Zero and met members of the Co-ordination Committee Raza Haroon, Wasay Jalil and Yousuf Shahwani. Continuing terrorism and bomb blasts in Balochistan were strongly condemned in the meeting, and grave concern was expressed on the mounting casualties.

Pain of the mourners who are holding a sit-in with dead bodies should be felt
The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has said that all the legitimate demands of the mourners holding a sit-in on the Alamdar Road should be accepted without further delay. He said that the federal and provincial governments and political and religious parties should feel the pain of the mourners and take steps for accepting their demands.

Deputy Convener of the Co-ordination Committee of the MQM telephoned the head of the Hazara Qaumi Jirga Haji Abdul Qayyum and expressed solidarity with the mourners protesting on the Alamdar Road in Quetta. He assured Haji Abdul Qayyum full support for the acceptance of the legitimate demands of the mourners. Dr Sattar offered heartfelt condolences on behalf of MQM leader Mr Altaf Hussain and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured.
Indian aggression on Pakistani borders is shameful

The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has said that the Indian aggression on Pakistani borders was shameful. He said that democracy in the absence of local government institutions is nothing but an apology for democracy. He said that the government may remove Governor Sindh but the MQM would definitely take part in the long march being held in Islamabad on 14th January. He said, “We do not want the division of Sindh but the Urdu-speaking Sindhis should not be pushed to the wall.”
Mr Hussain expressed these views while talking to the Co-ordination Committee, Senators, MNAs, MPAs and office-bearer of different wings of the MQM in Lal Qila Ground in Azizabad.

It said that the elements killing innocent people for their nefarious objectives were open enemies of the Muslim unity.
