Our message is the same as the message of Hazrat Isa
The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has said that Hazrat Isa (AS) gave the world the message of peace, love, brotherhood and dignity for mankind. He spent his life in preaching this message and “our message is also the same as that of Hazrat Isa (AS).”He said this while talking at Nine Zero to a prayer gathering held on the eve of Christmas.
Pastors and Bishops from different churches of the city, people belonging to the Christian community and other religions were present in the prayer meeting. Members of the Co-ordination Committee, members of the Minorities Committee, and office-bearers of various wings of the MQM were also present on the occasion.
Mr Hussain greeted the Christian community and said that “we all believe in Hazrat Isa (AS) and love him. Hazrat Isa (AS) also loved the oppressed people.”
Mr Hussain offered prayers for peace in Pakistan and the rest of the world along with the Christian community. “May Allah forgive our sins and have mercy on us!May Allah shower His mercy on the entire world! May Allah give us courage to walk on the way of Hazrat Isa (AS) so that we may help people and work of establishing peace and promoting dignity of mankind!”
The participants exchanged Christmas greetings with Mr Hussain.
