Altaf Hussain slams firing, attack on workers

The founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement Mr. Altaf Hussain strongly condemned the firing and attacks on MQM workers and Hyderabad zonal office by Haqiqi and other terrorists.
 
In a statement issued from London Secretariat, MQM Chief said that the MPA Rashid Khilji engaged with others in routine works on Thursday when a group of terrorists attacked and opened fire on them which left various injuries, including the MPA.
 
He said that the heinous terrorists not only attacked on male workers but also female and elderly workers performing their party’s responsibilities. He said that the incident unfolded the conspiracy of the malice intenders who wanted to disturb peace of Karachi and other urban areas of Sindh.
 
Mr. Hussain said that the agencies and the establishment had already attempted to divide MQM to disturb peace of the province so many times in the past and that activism was once again repeated now. He demanded the President Mumnoon Hussain, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and the Army Chief General Raheel Sharif to take notice against the attack on a sitting MPA.
