Nadeem Nusrat slams evacuation of naïve farmers in Okara

The Convener of Muttahida Quami Movement Nadeem Nusrat strongly condemned that the enforced evacuation of peasants of Okara by the law enforcement agencies.
 
In a statement issued from London Secretariat, Nadeem Nusrat termed the act sheer violation of human rights. He said that prior to this the authorities attempted to evacuate the peasants and naïve from their lands and during the process several of them were killed thorough indiscriminate firing.
 
MQM Convener appealed to the Pressident Mamnoon Hussain, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and COAS General Raheel Sharif for taking immediate notice against such brutality and should order them to stop violating people’s fundamental rights. He also offered his heartfelt sorrow and grief over the suppression of the authorities to the poor farmers and residents of Okara.
