Senator Nasreen Jalil offers condolences with Azfar Rizvi’s family

Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s Coordination Committee Member and the former city Naib Nazim, Senator Nasreen Jalil, strongly condemned the brutal murder of prominent educationist and social worker, Prof Azfar Rizvi and his driver.
The MQM leader who visited on Saturday the residence of the deceased Rizvi to offer her condolences with the members of the bereaved family and his students said that late Rizvi was not only a renowned educationist and a social worker but was also an old associate of the MQM’s Federal B’ Area Sector and Residents’ Committee.
Eulogising the services of late Rizvi in the field of education and social services, she said that the role played by him for the success of `Hamara Karachi’ programme would always be remembered. The deceased was a simple and a thorough gentleman and hence his death was no less than a national tragedy.
On this occasion, the MQM leader prayed to Almighty Allah to rest the departed soul of both Rizvi and his driver in eternal peace and grant courage to the bereaved families to bear this irreparable loss.
She also demanded of the government to immediately arrest the terrorists involved in the killing of the educationist and his driver, give them exemplary punishment, besides protecting the lives and property of the citizens.
