MQM announces support to the strike called by Karachi Tajir Ittehad
Urgent steps should be taken to provide security to the business community

The Co-ordination Committee of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) has announced support to the strike called by Karachi Tajir Ittehad tomorrow and expressed full solidarity with the business community.
The Co-ordination Committee offered condolences on the tragic martyrdom of Syed Qarar Ali, brother of former MQM MPA Syed Shakir Ali and prayed for the good health and speedy recovery of Syed Zakir Ali, younger brother of Syed Shakir Ali, who was also injured in the incident.
The Co-ordination Committee has demanded of President Asif Zardari to take immediate notice of the rising activities of criminals and extortionists in the city. The committee called for solid steps for putting an end to the incidents of terrorism and added that practical steps should be taken urgently for providing security to the business community
