A FEW BITTER FACTS ABOUT THE MISSING PERSON'S (ABDUCTEES) AND ROLE OF THE STATE INSTITUTIONS AND JUDICIARY. Pakistan's intelligentsia, thinkers, Attorneys-at-law, journalists, analysts, ladies and gentlemen! There are a few bitter facts and I hereby draw your attention towards these, please! Q. No: 1. Is the judiciary working as autonomous institution and dispensing justice to the aggrieved spontaneously and fearlessly with an exemption of the country's consortium of elite? Perhaps no as this question is self-explanatory. To me, in context with the actual picture available on ground, the country's judiciary like every other institution is controlled and the dispensation of justice is predominantly compromised to the dictated judgements. The evidence in the lines below is enough to culminate the complete picture. The truth is that the country's judiciary is busy round the clock to provide relief to the elite, influential and politicians from feudal and industrial dynasties. The masses can't even pass beside the wall of the courts owing to the extra-high expenses. The apex court, too, failed to address this unjust thing and hasn't yet explained the mechanism involved in approaching it without spending even pennies for finding a remedy in matters of litigation. Is this possible for the common man to arrange for hefty sums of money so that he could enter the court's premise and see the justice done? Fee of the attorneys are a separate matter. The Lahore High Court had put an embargo on me just for 6 months in September 2015. Nonetheless, it is still active and in full swing till date though it has crossed a period of 7 years. Anyone who approached the court concerned on my behalf was harassed, intimidated and finally abducted as if he committed a heinous crime. On the other hand, the same courts concerned resume the working at midnights and cater to the cases and complaints of the in influential. Q. No: 2. The issue of the missing persons: Justice delayed. Justice denied. #Pakistan's judiciary doesn't entertain the cases of the missing persons who are, in fact, abductees and under undisclosed custody by the state's solo powerful authority. Henceforth, the fateful perish in unlawful and undisclosed custody where they are subjected to vehement Psycho-somatic torture and abuses. The handicapped and compromised judiciary neither ensures safe return of those in unlawful and undisclosed custody nor the perpetrators are taken to task. The correct answer to this would also a plain 'No.' Had the courts and the judges freely acted upon the laws of the country of which they are raised and paid to be the protectors and promulgators the missing persons would've not been sentenced for years even life imprisonments and thousands of missing persons from Balochistan, KP and Sindh have already been sentenced for life. It means they would live their remaining life in prison till they breathe their last. What a tragedy! Those who are no longer fit to stay in unlawful and undisclosed custody are murdered and their mutilated bodies are found dumped on dumpsters at deserted sites. Ladies and Gentlemen, intelligentsia, attorneys-at-law and journalists, you are required to pay heed to this side in particular that arrests of the in influential are spontaneously broadcast as the "Breaking News." However, Pakustsn's controlled media prefers silence over abduction of the common #Baloch, #Sindhi, #Pashtun and #Muhajir citizens of the country. Their abduction by the state authorities does not meet the criterion even of a "Ticker." What a shame! Ladies and Gentlemen, intelligentsia, attorneys-at-law and journalists. 1/2
