*- Dialogue between the people of Pakistan and the federal government -*

People: The federal government should tell the people who is the authority that appoints the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Pakistan?
Federal Government: Stop asking such a silly question. In fact, Pakistan Military establishment is the sole authority to appoint him, not the government. The federal government only sends the recommendations. Then, the military bosses choose and pick one to be the Chief Justice of Pakistan. The federal government owns the appointment and that's the job of the federal government.
People: Okay! Then, let's know when the general elections would be held in Pakistan as there is a big confusion whether the general elections would be held or not.
Federal Government: It does not come under the federal government's domain either. The federal government is impotent. It has no powers to decide when the elections would be held. O yes! It is a prerogative of the Pakistan military, too, to allow the conduction of the general elections in Pakistan or keep the country going without the general elections. Whenever, the true bosses, the top brass would ask, the federal government is bound to follow the orders and thus, the general elections would be held.
People: There has been a tug of war between the federal government and the apex judiciary over the general elections. Why doesn't the cabinet of the federal government talk to the Chief Justice of Pakistan directly so that the orders of the Chief Justices of Pakistan on holding the general elections should be implemented in letter and spirit and the country gets the general elections, smoothly?
Federal Government: The Chief Justice of Pakistan does not listen to the Federal Government. Only the top brass of the military has the "Mandate" to hold negotiations and finalise a day and date for holding the general elections in Pakistan.
People: So what comes under the domain of the federal government?
Federal Government: as a matter of fact, the federal government has to obey the orders of the bosses in the military. Secondly, the federal government's cabinet has drastic schedule of domestic and foreign trips and tours with families and friends. Thus, besides these trips in the disguise of the country's internal and external affairs, the cabinet members find an opportunity of unlimited enjoyment along with awesome shopping experience at the expense of the national exchequer.
People: OMG! What the hell is this???
