The Coordination Committee of Muttahida Quami Movement strongly condemned the Punjab Assembly’s resolution on basis of incorrect international media report against a patriotic political party of the country.
In a statement, the Coordination Committee said that a media trial was started on the basis of hatred and prejudices against the representative of the children of country’s founders. It said that the resolution stated to register a case under the Article-6 of the Constitution but why such cases were not yet registered against those who divided and plundered the country.
The Committee said that MQM, a liberal political party, the only representative of the poor and middle-class, struggling against the discrimination of people’s rights. It said that such hatred and prejudice were not in the favour of the country and created more fractions among the people.
