KKF pharmacy inaugurated in Landhi Medical Complex

Chief Trustee of Khidmat-e-Khalq Foundation Dr Nusrat Shaukat has inaugurated a pharmacy in Landhi Medical Complex. The pharmacy will be run by the KKF, and it will provide medicines to patients at 15 to 20 percent discounted rates. Free medicines will be provided to deserving and disabled people.
Member of the Co-ordination Committee MNA Kanwer Naveed Jamil, members of the Central Executive Committee of MQM Syed Aminul Haque, Dr Sagheer Ahmed, and MQM MPAs Khalid Iftikhar, Arshad Vohra, Nishat Zia Qadri were also present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, Kanwer Naveed Jamil said that MQM leader Altaf Hussain had introduced the concept of serving the humanity in the politics of the country by forming the Khidmat-e-Khalq Committee which was later transformed into Khidmat-e-Khalq Foundation. He said that KKF has extended its welfare activities beyond Karachi and has presence in Interior Sindh and other parts of the country.
He said that the KKF pharmacy in Landhi Medical Complex would provide medicines to patients at discounted rates while poor and deserving patients would be given medicines free of cost.
Speaking on the occasion Chief Trustee of KKF Dr Nusrat Shaukat said the pharmacy is a gift of Mr Hussain.
