MQM’s MPAs show concerns on continuous loadshedding

The MQM’s Members of Sindh Assembly expressed their grave concerns over the continuous loadshedding and electricity interruptions due to various technical issues in the city.
In a joint statement, the Parliamentarians said that the electricity interruption was not because of the loadshedding but also due to the maintenance and the Karachiites had to suffer. They said that the maintenance works should have been done during the winter season, so in summer the provision of uninterrupted electricity could be possible.
The Parliamentarians said that the people had to bear the dual laodshedding schedule due to poor strategy to tackle the issue in summer. They said that the K-Electric management should take necessary measures to relief the people from unwanted or unscheduled laodshedding.
