MQM expresses concerns on withdrawal of FC personnel deputed on the security of Nabil Gabol

The Co-ordination Committee of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) has expressed grave concerns on the withdrawal of Frontier Constabulary personnel deputed on the security of the MQM leader and former member of the National Assembly Sardar Nabil Gabol. The MQM has nominated Mr Gabol as an election candidate for the general elections.
A few days back the Interior ministry had sent a letter to Mr Gabol asking him to strengthen his security in view of threats to his life. The copies of the letter sent by the ministry were also sent to the IG Sindh Police and the Frontier Constabulary but instead of bolstering his security that the existing FC personnel were also withdrawn.
The Co-ordination Committee demanded the Interior Minister to ensure the security of Sardar Nabil Gabol and all other election candidates so that they may continue their election campaign freely.
