Altaf Hussain condemns suicide attack near the office of a political agent in Peshawar

The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has condemned suicide attacks near the office of a political agent in Peshawar and said that it was an attack on the national integrity. He said that the determination of the people, the armed forces, and other law-enforcing agencies against terrorism cannot be lowered by the increasing incidents of terrorism. He said that the terrorists and their sponsors wanted to destabilize the country under all circumstances.
Mr Hussain extended sympathies to the families of the levies and police personnel that were martyred in the attack and prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured. He demanded President Asif Zardari, Prime Minister Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, Interior Minister Rehman Malik and Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ameer Haider Hoti to take serious notice of the suicide attack near the office of the political agent in Peshawar. He called for effective steps to curb terrorism.
