MQM will observe “Black Day” 14th August against the state brutalities

 

London: 13th August 2020

MQM will observe 14th August as a “Black Day “tomorrow against the state brutalities on Mohajirs,Sindhis,Balochs,Pashtuns,other oppressed ethnicities and religious minorities by the army and other state security forces of Pakistan.On the Black Day, Car rallies will be held in England, United States of America, Canada, Germany, Australia and other countries by MQM. These rallies will go to the embassies, consulates and high commissions of Pakistan to submit their petitions about the military operations against oppressed nations.
Preparations for the black day by MQM overseas units are on peak. Office bearers and workers of MQM are busy to completion of their arrangements for Black Day.Founder leader of MQM, Mr Altaf Hussain has appealed to the people of all oppress nations to observe Black Day and join Car rallies in overseas.
Mr. Hussain said in a statement that Pakistan Army forcibly annexed Balochistan into Pakistan at gunpoint in 1948 while Pakistan army has established Military cantonments and religious extremist madrassas were set up in Balochistan and Sindh provinces and the both provinces become hostage and people of both provinces are living like slaves. He said that people of Sindh and Baluchistan wants freedom from clutches of the Pakistan army and wants to live with honour as well. He calls to people of Sindh and Balochistan to Continue their struggle for freedom.Mr Altaf Hussain strongly condemn the decision of Gov. of Pakistan to annex Karachi to federal capital Islamabad. He said that‪ If the Pakistan Military Establishment made any decision on the future of Karachi against the wishes and aspirations of the people of Sindh, people of Sindh will not accept it.
He criticised the role of judges of the Supreme Court who ligitimised every illegal and unconstitutional act of military dictatorship in Pakistan's history, now judges are being part of military Establishment to run Karachi under the control of federation.
