KARACHI: An activist of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement-London was killed in an alleged encounter in Korangi on Friday.
The Counter-Terrorism Department said that when some suspects were transporting weapons and ammunition, a CTD team intercepted them in the Bagh-i-Korangi area in the early hours of Friday.
CTD SSP Munir Ahmed Shaikh claimed that an encounter between the police and the suspects began and one suspect was arrested in a wounded condition while two of his accomplices fled.
