An MQM spokesperson has confirmed that following the conclusion of their investigation in money laundering allegations, Metropolitan Police have returned all the cash seized from MQM properties in London, including the residence of the party founder and leader Mr. Altaf Hussain.
It may be reminded that afterreceiving advice from Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), Metropolitan Policeannounced last year in October that investigation into money launderingallegations had been stopped due to insufficient evidence and no further actionwould be taken.
