Karachi—The Deputy Convener of the Co-ordination Committee of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Dr Farooq Sattar and Senator Nasreen Jalil visited the Aga Khan Hospital Saturday to attend the Abbas Town Carnage injured.
Member of the Co-ordination Committee Dr Sagheer Ahmed was also present on the occasion. Dr Sattar and Jalil expressed heartfelt sympathies to the injured and inquired about their health on behalf of the MQM Chief Altaf Hussain.
They said that the Abbas Town tragedy was a flagrant act of terrorism, which the MQM strongly condemned. They said that the affected people should not consider themselves alone as the MQM was with them.
