HRCP Team under its EX- Chairperson Asma Jehanghir visits MQM Head office 90.

Today a high powered delegation of HRCP under its Ex Chairperson Asma Jehanghir visited the head office  of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) 90.  The delegation also comprised of its co chairperson Kamran Arif, and senior  members Tahir Hussain Asad Iqbal Butt, Muneer Memon, Qazi Khiar Habib &Ms Muneeza .
 The delegation met the the members of the Central Coordination Committee of MQM Dr Farooq Sattar, Ms Nasreen Jalil and Kunwar Khalid Younus.
The matters of Mutual interests came under the discussion along with the grave issue of the internally displaced persons (IDPs) from North Waziristan.
The delegation was briefed by the members of the Central Coordination Committee of MQM that unlike other provinces the administration of Sindh clearly allowing IDPS of North Waziristan to settle down in Sindh and Karachi. The Central coordination committee expressed its serious reservation over it.
 
The delegation was also briefed about the victimization of MQM workers n office bearers and family members who are being brutally extra judicially killed, kidnapped , tortured  and maimed by the law enforcement agencies since the inception of recent Karachi cleanup operation.
The delegation stayed for two hours and assured the  central coordination committee of MQM to highlight the violation of human rights in Karachi and any other part of the province.a
