The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain has had a telephonic conversation with the head of the Tehreek-i-Minhaj-ul-Quran Prof Dr Tahirul Qadri. Both agreed on extending mutual co-operation and discussion for changing the decaying system and eliminating the archaic feudal system and corruption from the country. Mr Hussain welcomed the arrival of Dr Qadri in the country and expressed best wishes for him.

He has appealed to the public to participate in the jalsa and make it a success. He said this while talking to Dr Tahirul Qadri on telephone.

The Co-ordination Committee of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) has appealed to the people for participating in the jalsa being organized by the Pakistan Awami Tehreek at Minar-e-Pakistan in Lahore on 23rd December and make it a huge success. The committee said that PAT Chairman Dr Tahirul Qadri is also making struggle to abolish the rotten feudal system and the culture of hereditary politics in the country like Mr Altaf Hussain. The committee said that the jalsa being held by the PAT would prove to be a milestone in eliminating the feudal system and dynastic politics and urged on the public to become a part of the struggle by attending the jalsa.
