Altaf Hussain has always bravely tried to take public issues in elected houses
MQM Senator Tahir Mashhadi has said that the idea of Mr Altaf Hussain for creating new provinces on administrative basis reflects the sentiments of the poor and oppressed people of Pakistan.
In a statement the Senator said, “The oppressed people, who comprise 98 per cent of the population of the country, are gradually getting into the quagmire of socio-economic problems. The government is not doing enough for the resolution of problems being faced by public.”
“Mr Altaf Hussain is the only leader who has always taken initiative to give voice to the feelings of the poor and oppressed people of this country. He has always bravely tried to take public issues to elected representatives sitting in the assemblies. That’s why he has proposed the formation of new provinces keeping in view of the problems being faced by people.”
Senator Mashhadi said that Mr Hussain’s demand is important and timely.
The Senator urged on the government to pay attention to problems faced by people in every part of the country. He said that the country can be pulled out of the whirlpool of problems by implementing the democracy according to its true spirit and solving public issues at their doorstep.
