Altaf Hussain asks MQM workers and supporters to submit their particulars

They can get the pro forma form from their respective units, sectors and zonal offices
The founder and leader of MQM Mr. Altaf Hussain has asked MQM’s workers, office bearers and supporters, including office bearers of different wings and departments in Pakistan and across the globe to submit their complete particulars in their respective units and MQM’s Headquarter. 
He said that they can get the pro forma form from their respective units, sectors and zonal offices from September 18. He added that this pro forma form could obtained from Nine Zero Karachi 24 hours a day.
He said that they must submit a passport size phot and copy of CNIC and education certificates/degrees with the form. He added that all workers should submit the form by September 25 in their respective units and MQM’s headquarter. Forms should be filled in clear writing.
