He urged her son and daughter to carry on the mission of their mother.
The founder and leader of MQM Mr. Altaf Hussain has said that MNA Tahira Asif Shaheed will always be remembered for her  efforts for the promotion of MQM’s righteous message and her campaign to bring awareness among the poor and the middle class people.
Mr. Hussain expressed these views while talking to Mohtarma Tahira Asif’s son Noraz Asif and daughter Anahita Asif at the MQM’s International London Secretariat.
He paid great tribute to her life and work. He expressed heartfelt condolences with her son and daughter and prayed to Allah to grant her high place in paradise and give strength to the bereaved family to bear the loss. 
Mr. Hussain consoled them and urged them to endure the loss with fortitude and carry on the mission of their mother.
