Former Prime Minister Mir Zafarullah Jamali discusses political situation with Altaf Hussain

Political crisis and tension must end soon and the country must not be allowed to drift towards conflict
Former Prime Minister of Pakistan Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali telephoned the Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain today and exchanged views on the on-going political crisis in the country and other issues of mutual interest. He inquired after the well being of Mr Hussain and expressed his good wishes for him.
Mr Jamali praised the efforts being made by the MQM and Mr Hussain for ending the political crisis and other issues in the country through dialogues and mutual understanding. He said that Mr Hussain had given sincere advice to governments and political leadership of the country in every difficult time.
Mr Jamali said that the people of Pakistan valued the sincere efforts being made by the MQM and Mr Hussain for ending the political crisis that had gripped the country. 
Mr Hussain said that he always thinks about Pakistan without caring about parochial interests. He said it was his utmost desire that the country become strong and prosperous and the rich and the poor enjoy equal rights and dignity.
Both the leaders agreed that it would be in the larger interest of the country if the current political crisis ended soon and the country did not drift toward conflict and tension.
