Altaf Hussain condemns the targeting of a school van in Bajaur Agency

The Founder and Leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Mr Altaf Hussain the targeting of a school van by a remote controlled bomb in the Bajaur Agency by terrorists. He expressed his deep grief and sorrow on the deaths of women, children, teachers and several other persons as a result of the explosion.
Mr Hussain said that by targeting the school van the terrorists had shown that they were enemy of education and the light of knowledge. He said that people across religious and sectarian lines had become unsafe because of the nefarious activities of the terrorist elements in the country.
Mr Hussain expressed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family members who lost their loved-ones in the dastardly blast. He prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured.
Mr Hussain appealed to the federal government to take serious notice of the incident and bring the culprits to justice. He said that steps should be taken at every level to curb the tendencies for religious extremism and terrorism.
