Rabita Committee concerns over non-payment of Eid-bonus, salaries

MQM Coordination Committee expressed deep concerns over non-payment of advance salaries and Eid-bonus to the employees of government, semi-government and private organizations despite federal and provincial governments’ clear instructions.
 
The Committee termed that the act reflected exploitation of the poor employees. It said that a feeling of deprivation among the employees was prevailed due to non-payment of advance salaries and Eid-bonus. It also said that due to high inflation it was impossible to manage Eid preparations for poor and non-payment of Eid-bonus might deprive their children to celebrate Eid festive.
 
The Coordination Committee condemned the discrimination with the employees at government and private sectors. It demanded Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Governor Sindh Dr Ishratul Ebad Khan and Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah to take notice and resolve the issue with their interventions
