Religious extremism and terrorism are Pakistan’s biggest problems: Dr. Farooq Sattar

Eradication of terrorism is necessary for the internal stability, economic growth and national unity.
Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s Rabita Committee member Dr. Farooq Sattar has said religious extremism and terrorism are Pakistan’s biggest problems. He added that eradication of terrorism was necessary for the internal stability, economic growth and national unity. 
“We must adopt concreate and effective measures and long term efforts for controlling the growing extremism in the country, “ Dr. Farooq said.
Dr. Farooq Sattar expressed these views in an Iftar Party arranged by MQM’s International Secretariat London.  A large number of MQM’s UK’s office bearers and workers attended the Iftar Party.
In his address Dr. Farooq Sattar said that Mr. Hussain had warned the rulers and people in power that Talibanization was not good for Pakistan. “Pakistan will suffer if we fail to stop the spread of Talibinization, “ Dr. Sattar warned.
“People hold Mr. Hussain up to ridicule instead of paying attention to his warnings about the growing influence of Taliban. They denied the spread of Talibinization which resulted in the spread of their influence from Karachi to Khyber. They have caused irreparable damage to Pakistan. Pakistan would not have suffered if they had paid attention to Mr. Hussain’s warning. Now the International media is saying that Pakistan should listen to Mr. Hussain, “ Dr. Farooq Sattar said.
“Everyone talks about the revolution of poor people in Pakistan. Only those people can bring revolution who have presented a role model. Mr. Hussain Altaf Hussain has set an example of revolution by sending people from educated and capable people from poor and middle class into assemblies. MQM is the only party which can bring revolution in the country. With God’s help MQM bring about a revolution in this country under the leadership of Mr. Hussain, “ Dr. Farooq Sattar said.
Dr. Farooq Sattar said to workers to spread the message of the movement with determination and follow the teachings of the Quaid-e-Tehreek Altaf Hussain. He added that our revolution would meet with success.
