Altaf Hussain slams terrorist’s attack on security forces

Founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Altaf Hussain strongly condemned terrorist’s attack on security forces at Gundi area Tehsil Jamrud in Khyber Agency.

In a statement issued from London Secretariat, MQM Chief condemned the terrorists’ ambush against security forces, which left deaths of eight soldiers and various injuries. He said the country was besieged by internal and external conspiracies and terrorists’ attacks on security forces were deliberate attempt to demoralize the nation.
Altaf Hussain said army was successfully fighting against terrorists at their dens. He said that they kept sacrificing their lives for the country and its integrity. The nation recognized their sacrifices and stood behind them against terrorism and extremism, he added.

He expressed deep sorrow and grief for unfortunate Jamrud incident in which eight security personnel were martyred and two were injured. He also prayed Almighty Allah to confer eternal peace for the martyred soldiers and early and complete recovery for the injured.
