MQM Chief Altaf Hussain will address July 6th rally to show solidarity with army on Sunday (today) at Jinnah Park adjacent to Mazar-e-Quaid.
Hundreds of MQM activists kept working on the venue to manage things accordingly for the proposed rally. The convoys from all over the country, including Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhawa, Punjab, Balochistan and interior Sindh, were reaching the venue by the eve of the rally.
The venue is fully decorated with frills and trimmings along with national flags and party flags. Camps for concerned departments and media persons are installed with appropriate facilities. People kept visiting Jinnah Park with their families and friends to watch the preparations.
Meanwhile, MQM Chief Altaf Hussain appealed to people to save the country, there needed to be maintained interfaith harmony and sectarian tolerations. He said people should come up and support army as they engaged in fighting with the country’s foes to protect the nation and its integrity
In a statement issued from London, Altaf Hussain said MQM organised a rally to show solidarity with Pakistan army that was fighting against terrorists. He also appealed people despite their political and religious belongings should participate in the rally.
