MQM Co-ordination Committee pays tributes to Dr Imran Farooq on second death anniversary
The Co-ordination Committee of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) has paid rich tributes to the martyred convener of the MQM Dr Imran Farooq on his second death anniversary. It said that Dr Farooq was a trusted soldier of Mr Altaf Hussain, and he was a great asset to the MQM. The loss suffered by the MQM due to his martyrdom was irreparable.
The Co-ordination Committee said that Dr Imran Farooq did not surrender in difficult times and held fast against a sea of problems. His services and sacrifices for spreading the philosophy and ideals of Mr Hussain would never for be forgotten.
The Co-ordination Committee offered expressed sympathies to the family members of Dr Farooq and prayed Almighty Allah to shower his blessings upon the departed soul. It also prayed Allah to bring the ruthless killers to justice.
The Co-ordination Committee also appealed to the office-bearers and workers of the MQM to participate in the gatherings being held for offering fateha and recitation for the Holy Quran in large numbers in order to pay homage to Dr Farooq in a befitting manner.
