Shadow budgets MQM to present federal on 1st, Sindh on 5th June

Member MQM Coordination Committee Dr Farooq Sattar said MQM took on Altaf Hussain’s economic vision to achieve country’s economic stability and self-sufficiency.
 
Speaking at a press conference at Nine-Zero, Dr Farooq said MQM would present shadow budgets in federal and provincial capitals. He said Altaf Hussain had vowed to transform power to the people and only MQM’s vibrant economic vision could resolve the financial issues of unprivileged class.
 
He said due to MQM, Sindh received National Finance Commission (NFC) award on the bases of resources. His party always raised its voice to address Karachi’s and Karachiites problems at every level, he added. He said Altaf Hussain would never leave his people alone in hard times.
 
Dr Farooq said we demanded 150 billion rupees for Karachi because it is country’s economical hub and people from entire country live here to earn their living hood. MQM MNA Rasheed Godil, Senator Haseeb Khan, MPAs Syed Sardar Ahmed, Khawaja Izharul Hassan and Yousuf Shehwani also present on the occasion.
 
He said Altaf Hussain wanted to empower people through a dynamic economical vision to uphold their live standard. He said only his vision could help Pakistan and people to rise from their miseries. He said depending on Altaf’s economics plan Pakistan could reached the status of developed country.
 
Dr Farooq said MQM had been presenting shadow federal and provincial budgets according to people’s wish. He said we kept informing Prime Minister and Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah about Karachi’s and Karachiites problems. He said Karachi should be given priority because it contributed 30% to 40% in GDP. For the last five years Karachi Hyderabad, MirpurKhas, Nawabshah, Sukkur and other urban areas of Sindh unfortunately could not receive appropriate budget fund to resolve their inhabitants fundamental issues.
