Family members can get peace if their loved ones are recovered
Rehman Malik, former interior minister and president of PPP Overseas Wing, called Mr. Hussain and expressed his sympathies on the extra judicial murder of his party workers.
He said that the brutal murder of young MQM workers has deeply saddened him. He added that he shared Mr. Hussain, MQM and families’ grief.
Mr. Rehman Malik assured Mr. Hussain that Sind Government would leave no stone unturned for the arrest MQM’s workers killers. He told Mr. Hussain that the Sindh Government had formed a special team for the investigation into the murder and efforts were being made to recover workers who have become victims of enforced disappearances.
“Rangers and other law enforcement agencies are also investigating into the murder besides the Sindh Government. They are making efforts for the recovery of worker. I hope that MQM will consider to take back its ultimatum, “ Rehman Malik said.
Rehman Malik also informed Mr. Hussain about the recent political situation. He added that Pakistan was facing internal and external challenges. He stressed the need of good relations between MQM and PPP. He said he could imagine the distress and anguish of the family members of missing workers, but could not describe them in workers. He said family members can get peace if their loved ones were recovered.
