Protection of Pakistan Bill 2014 shows the authoritarian, repressive mentality and thinking of the government and its allies
The founder and leader of MQM Mr. Hussain has said that MQM will not accept the imposition of illegal and draconian black law ‘Pakistan Protection Bill 2014’.  He added that MQM would protest against the law till its last worker is alive.
Mr. Hussain has appealed to all political and religious parties and NGOs to convene a round table conference on this serious matter so people who believe in democracy, rule of law could decide a unified action against this cruel and repressive action of the government.
Mr. Hussain expressed these views while addressing a joint session of London and Pakistan Rabita Commitees.
He lambasted “Protection of Pakistan Bill 2014’ and termed it a draconian law.  He deplored that the federal government has got this bill passed in the assembly on the basis of their numerical strength in the assembly.
“Protection of Pakistan Bill 2014 shows the authoritarian, repressive mentality and thinking of the government and its allies. They do not deserve to be called human. These people do illegal business and find faults in the legal business activities of other people and order to behead them. They express joy over their illegal and inhumane actions, “ Mr. Hussain deplored.
Mr. Hussain has made an appeal to all conscientious Pakistanis, who believe in the rule of law, justice and humanity, to protest against the Protection of Pakistan Bill regardless of their political affiliations and condemn it openly. He added that political parties and leaders who have supported the passage of this bill would be regarded as enemies of humanity and accessories to the crimes of the government.
In the end of the meeting Mr. Hussain prayed for the security and survival of the country. He also prayed to Allah to give us a leader like Kamal Ata Turk.
