Altaf Hussain is only leader in the country who has expressed his taken clear and tough stance about Taliban
MQM’s Deputy Convener Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui has termed the ongoing peace negotiations with the Taliban terrorists is an insult to 18 crore Pakistanis and martyrs who have laid down their lives for the country.
He said that Mr. Hussain had warned about Talibnization in Karachi six years ago. What he foresaw proved to be true.
“The way Taliban has killed the personnel of the FC and released the video showing their gruesome act indicates that they want to shake the foundation of the government. The government is wasting time in negotiations, “ Dr. Khalid said.
He said that Altaf Hussain was the only leader in the country who had expressed his taken clear and tough stance about Taliban.
“Talibans’ political spokesman should not talk about bringing change in the country. They were telling young people that they would make a new Pakistan. Taliban has revealed their true colors by naming them their spokesmen. Everyone supports Qaid-e-Tehreek’s stance on Taliban. MQM pays great tributes to ideological and territorial defenders of the country and acknowledges their sacrifices. MQM wants to tell the terrorists that army has the support of 18 crore people, “ Dr. Khalid Maqbool said.
He expressed these views while addressing a meeting of MQM’s Central Executive Council at Azizabad Khursheed Begum Secretariat.
The participants of the meeting expressed great concern and the growing terrorists acts and the silence of the government.
Rauf Siddiqui in-charge Central Executive Council, Joint In-charge Ghazi Salahuddin, Khush Bakht Shujat, Long Khan Channa , Dr. Laila Perveen, Pir Farzand Ali Jeelani, Dr. Ayub Sheikh, Syed Usman Ali, Abdul Wahid Abbasi , Rashid Mashih attended the meeting.
