Rabita Committee condemns the raids and arrest of MQM workers in the name of targeted operation

We fear that Muhammad Arif might be killed extra judicially
MQM’s Rabita Committee has condemned the raids and arrests of MQM workers in different parts of Karachi in the name of targeted operation.
“Today police and men in plainclothes have arrested a supporter of MQM Muhammad Arif s/o of Muhammad Hanif affiliated with MQM Aligarh Sector Unite 136 when he was going to his printing press from home. They have taken him to an unknown place like Naeem. We fear that he might be killed extra judicially, “ Rabita Committee said.
“Terrorists belonging to Taliban, Lashker-e-Jhangvi and other banned outfits are carrying out bloodbaths of innocent people. They are killing polio workers. They have killed a number of Karachi Police and law enforcement agency personnel, including SSP CID Chaudry Aslam. Police is arresting MQM workers instead of these terrorists and torturing them in detention centers and executing them, “ Rabita Committee said.
Rabita Committee has made a demand to the President Mamnoon Hussain, Prime Minister Nawaz Shareef, Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar and Chief Minister Sindh to stop the raids and arrest of MQM workers and release those workers who are in custody.
