Father of Dr Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui passes away

Maqbool Hussain Siddiqui, father of the Deputy Convener of the MQM Dr Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, passed away in the early hours of Thursday. He was 82 and was admitted in a local hospital for the past few days. He was shifted to home a few days but was rushed to the hospital where he breathed his last. Members of the Co-ordination Committee and other office-bearers of the MQM reached the hospital soon after getting the news and offered condolences to the Dr Maqbool. Members of the MQM Co-ordination Committee in London also telephoned Dr Maqbool in order to express their condolences.
