ALTAF HUSSAIN PRAYS FOR PEACE & FORGIVENESS

Muttahida Qaumi Movement’s founder and leader Altaf Hussain on the sacred occasion of Shab-i-Barat prayed for the solidarity and stability of Pakistan as well as for peace and tranquility in the entire Muslim Ummah and elsewhere in the world.
He was speaking to MQM office-bearers at MQM head office `90’ and International Secretariat on the eve of Shab-i-Barat.
Mr Hussain on this occasion also sought Almighty Allah’s forgiveness for all those who are no more in the world and those MQM workers who sacrificed their lives for truth and righteousness.
He also prayed Allah to give strength to Haq Parasts in remaining steadfast and sticking to the path of righteousness.
Mr Hussain also prayed to shower His blessings by eliminating starvation, poverty and unemployment from the entire world.
Later, all those MQM office-bearers prayed for the health a long life of Mr Hussain.
MQM OBSERVES SHAB-I-BARAT WITH RELIGIOUS FERVOUR

Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) like previous years observed Shab-e-Barat with religious fervour and reverence, besides setting up reception camps at all the graveyards of the city for the guidance of the faithful visiting graves of their near and dear ones.
Similar guidance camps were also set up at the graveyards of Hyderabad and other cities of Sindh, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir for the convenience of faithful.
On this occasion, MQM Coordination Committee members and members of National and provincial assemblies including Shoaib Bukhari visited Shuhada Azizabad and Paposhnagar graveyards where they offered fateha for MQM founder and leader Altaf Hussain’s father Nazeer Hussain, mother Khursheed Begum, brother Nasir Hussain Shaheed, nephew Arif Hussain, Shaheed-i-Inquilab Dr Imran Farooq and other Haq Parast Shuhada and laid floral wreaths on their graves.
Haq Parast people’s representatives, MQM elders committee’s office-bearers, workers and Khidmat-e-Khalq Foundation’s volunteers were present at the reception camps to guide the faithful who visited the graves of their near and dear ones for Fateha and Quran Khwani. Cold drinking water was also available at the camps.
