An emergency joint meeting of  MQM’s London and Pakistan Rabita Committees was held to discuss the ramble of a senior Jamat-e-Islami leader about MQM.  The participants of the meeting strongly condemned his ramble and demanded that Prime Minister should immediately ban the party if he wanted to protect the country from terrorism.
“The world knows that Jamat-e-Islami  is a certified terrorist party. The party has been carry carrying out terrorist activities in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Afghanistan, Egypt, Syria, Iran, Lebanon and other Muslim countries.  Their ties with Taliban and Al-Qaida and other terrorist organizations are not secret any more. We are witnessing arrests of Al-qaida and Taliban terrorists from the homes of Jamaat-e-Islami’s leaders and workers, “ Rabita Committee said.
Rabita Committee said, “ Jamaat-e-Islami is are fighting with our forces in collaboration with foreign terrorists.  Scores of Jamat-e-Islami workers have been killed in retaliatory action of our armed forces. Jamat’s workers and Jamiate-Talaba’s members were recently killed in a drone attack. Recently, terrorist belonging to Al-qaida were arrested from the rooms of Jamiat-e-Talaba members from Punjab University. Arms and wine bottles were recovered from their rooms. All these incidents tell us that they are involved in terrorist activities.”
“In the light these facts and despite the demands of the people government has not imposed ban on Jamat-e-Islami and Jamiat-e-Talaba. It is deplorable that Jamat-e-Islami’s leaders, who have been running terrorists camps, have not been arrested yet, “  Rabita Committee said.
“We once again demand that federal government, the Prime Minister Nawaz Shareef and Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan impose ban on Jamat-e-Islami, which is anti-Pakistan party so Pakistan can be made a peaceful and secure country, “ Rabita Committee demanded.
