Religious extremist groups supported by the Army and ISI, are engaging in despicable acts of falsely accusing and slandering Pakistani citizens belonging to religious minorities. They are responsible for the killings and destruction of places of worship and property belonging to these communities. Law enforcement agencies and civilian intelligence services have been ineffective in apprehending these perpetrators, exacerbated by military leaders openly providing financial support to these criminals and perpetrators of violence in the name of religion. This group formed by the army and ISI once again targeted the #Christians in #Sargodha city of #Punjab province on the charge of #blasphemy. I vehemently condemn the recent incident involving the killing and looting of Christians and extend my deepest condolences to the victims. I appeal to the UN Secretary-General,

, to use his powers to suppress the elements who are harming the lives and property of minorities and places of worship in #Pakistan. Please reach out to the heads of ISI and stop the daily killings of religious minorities. I appeal to the people of Pakistan to boycott the religious fanatics who are planning to kill and attack religious minorities and deprive them of their valuables and property under the guise of blasphemy.
