The government, political and religious parties should tell the nation that Taliban and their supporters are beasts and enemies of Islam, Pakistan and humanity: Altaf Hussain

The government, political and religious parties should tell the nation that Taliban and their supporters are beasts and enemies of Islam, Pakistan and humanity: Altaf Hussain
 Posted on: 11/23/2013
MQM's party members have assured Mr. Hussain that they were ready to fight against the forces of evil. He had put a question to them while addressing them Saturday if they were reading to struggle against the forces of evil. His party members answered his question in a resounding yes.
After listening their response he asked the prime minister, federal interior minister, members of the cabinet and religious and political parties to give up the politics of lying and deceit and tell the real facts to the nation regarding Taliban and their supporters.  He said they should tell the nation that Taliban and their supporters were  beasts and enemies of Islam, Pakistan and humanity.
Mr. Hussain deplored that Taliban supporters try to divert the attention of people from their gruesome acts by staging protests rallies against them. Taliban have been killing and executing people. They try to hide their crimes by concealing facts and publishing fabricated stories about them. He said that we had seen how they tried to distort the facts after the recent drone attack in Hungu. They said that scores of Pakistanis had died in the attack and they would stage sit-ins to protest the attack. However, they did  not condemn the attack carried out by the Taliban in Ancholi in which scores of people died and wounded despite the fact the Tehreek-e-Taliban accepted the responsibility of the brutal act. He lamented they started staging protest demonstration to divert the attention from the killings instead of issuing condemnation.
