Two unidentified terrorists riding on honda motor cycle opened fire with sophisticated weapon on raza who was coming to perform zuhr prayer at 1:45 pm. While taking him to the hospital Mehdi Raza was martyred.

On 15th May 2012 at around 3:30 Anwar Alam alias (Babu Raid), an active member of MQM Unit 63 Society Sector and Former Councilor of UC-7 Jamshed Town was busy in watering Usmani playground adjacent to Sector Office, when terrorist riding on two motorbikes open fired at him. He was rushed to Jinnah Hospital in critical condition where he expired during treatment.
Funeral of Anwar Alam was offered at Rehmania Masjid on 16th of May. He was laid to rest in PECHS graveyard. Members of MQM Coordination Committee Wasay Jalil, Saleem Tajik, Incharge and members of KTC, MNA Waseem Akhtar, Rashid Godil and Deputy Iqbal Muhammad Ali attended the funeral.

Hasnain Malick, worker of MQM Unit 121-A Orangi Town Sector was sitting at his grocery shop in Sector 15-C near Bangla Bazar when two person riding a motor bike opened fired at him. Hasnain Malick bhai martyred at spot. It is to be noted that two month ago one of his son Altaf Malick was also martyred in the same area. Funeral prayers of Hasnain Malick was offered after Asr prayers on main road of Bangla Bazar in Sector 15-C of Orangi Town.
Khursheed Iqbal S/o Muhammad Mohsin

On 16 May, Khursheed Iqbal, former Nazim of UC-5 Malir Town and an active member of unit 97 Malir Sector, was shot dead in Malir. Khursheed Iqbal was heading from his home in Haider Town, Rafa-e-Aam Society toward Millat Garden, when unknown assailants wearing helmets and chasing him fired on him targeting his head. The incident occurred near Baraf Khana Madina Chowrangi. Khursheed Iqbal martyred on spot, his body was taken to Jinnah Hospital.Funeral prayer of Khursheed Iqbal was offered at Shahrah-e-Faisal near Kala Board. He laid to rest in Air Port graveyard.
