DESECRATION OF THE CHURCH A HEINOUS, UNPARDONABLE CRIME AGAINST GLOBAL PEACE, TRANQUILITY & RELIGIOUS BROTHERHOOD
—————————
The desecration of the multiple Churches in Jaranwala, Faisalabad in Punjab province of Pakistan is a heinous and unpardonable crime against global peace, tranquility and religious brotherhood. The heart-wrenching and barbaric incident shook has gripped humanity. Though condemned by all corners of the international communities, sheer verbal condemnation doesn't remedy the colossal damage. Islam guarantees protection of lives and properties of the non-Muslims in Muslim-dominated societies. Places of worship are predominantly protected and under no excuse could be disrespected. Hurting the religious sentiments of the Christians or any other religions entity, desecrating their shrines and the Churches is in absolute contrast to the ordain of the almighty Allah and teachings of Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him). The desecration of  the Churches and properties of Christians in Jaranwala, Faisalabad is also an absolute violation of the law of the land. The fanatic mob can't be allowed and pardoned for unleashing their frustration on religious fraternities of the country. This can't be justified. It is a universal crime against humanity. The Churches thus desecrated were lawfully built on legal land. They are protected in the country's constitution as protected are Mosques, Hindu and Buddhist Temples or Sikh Gurudwaras. The law enforcers of the country as well as the military should bear the responsibility of protecting the rights of the religious minorities of the country and their places of worship. The extremists who desecrated the Churches and vandalized the residences of the Christians must be apprehended and taken to task without fail. They should be protected under so-called security excuses. Pakistan's higher courts fame for taking cognizance notices of petty issues should look at this darkest side and  take up the horrible manifest of extreme fanaticism at Jaranwala, Faisalabad and award mentionable punishment to the perpetrators and their facilitators.
The Christians of Pakistan have my full support as I stand beside them amid this hour of test and suffering.
