OPEN LETTER TO CHIEF OF ARMY STAFF & DG ISI
Chief of Army Staff Gen. Asim Munir and ISI DG Gen. Nadeem Anjum
Perhaps military officers and remember the spirit of the oath taken at
the time of joining the military service. Regretfully, the officers are grossly
violating that oath. Pakistan Army has been creating certain gangs and some of
them are now known as the Bahadurabad and PSP gangs. The terrorists of these
gangs are unleashing their terror on the MQM workers from Karachi to Sukkur.
The MQM workers who have been forced to leave their homes for fearing unlawful
arrests and onward unlawful imprisonment or enforced disappearances post-August
22, 2016 or are not siding with anyone, or those fateful who were picked and
sent up the river without any lawful charges are being bullied by these
terrorists. These workers are issued direct threats of dire consequences by the
terrorists in the Bahadurabad and PSP gangs that in case they refuse to join
them. These terrorists of Bahadurabad and PSP are using every crooked means to
force these MQM workers to work for them and regularly attend their offices
otherwise, they will face arbitrary arrests quite unlawfully and then would be
tortured to death in custody.

You might as usual reject my claim that your officers have nothing to do
with these terrorist gangs. But the facts can't be hid or denied. In case of
such rejection or denial, question would rise automatically whether they were
the military generals of an enemy country that do all these notorious game.
The gangsters of Bahadurabad and PSP are given the license to kill. The
people and the MQM workers are victims of their tyranny and hooliganism with
the full support and cooperation of your officers and the PSP gangsters have
full backing of the regional ISI commanders. The ISI easily kidnaps MQM workers
on pointation of the PSP gangsters and military touts. ISI kidnaps and
threatens them and subjects them to vehement physical and mental torture. The
ISI reminds them of the mutilated bodies of their colleague and thus forcefully
drives them into PSP.

The army and the ISI has already become badly discredited in Pakistan
due to their unconstitutional and unlawful actions. That's why the people today
chant slogans against Pakistan military establishment.
The people now firmly believe and publicly express their anti-military
sentiments.
The people believe that Pakistan army is behind each and every incident
of terrorism in the country.

You might also have plans to shift abroad as your seniors fled the
country after retirement.
But you should witness disrespect and insults your seniors have earned.
Can't you see how your seniors like Gen. Ayub Khan, Gen. Yahya Khan,
Gen. AK Niazi, Gen. Tikka Khan, Gen. Zia Ul Haq, Gen. Akhtar Abdul Rehman, Gen.
Hamid Gul, Gen. Mirza Aslam Baig, Gen. Asad Durrani, Gen. Asif Nawaz Janjua,
Gen. Nasir Akhtar, Gen. Amjad Shoaib, Gen. Nasirullah Khan Babar, Gen. Pervez
Musharraf, Gen. Mahmood Ahmed, Gen. Aziz Khan, Gen. Zia U Din Butt, Gen. Ashfaq
Pervez Kayani, Gen. Ahmad Shuja Pasha, Gen. Zaheer Ul Islam, Gen. Raheel
Sharif, Gen. Qamar Jawaid Bajwa, Gen. Asif Ghafoor, Gen. Asim Saleem Bajwa,
Gen. Faiz Hameed, Gen. Babar Iftakhar. Gen. Rizwan Akhtar, Gen. Naveed Mukhtar,
Gen. Bilal Akbar, Gen. Muhammad Saeed, Brig. Asif Haroon, Brig. Raman, Brig.
Masood Khattak, Brig. Marwat, Col. Khurshid, Col. Tahir, Maj. Kalim Ud Din, Maj.
Taiyab, Maj. Kazim, Maj. Shami, Major Zaidi and other generals, corps
commanders and others are disrespected and remembered with derogatory terms and
hateful epithets.
It is true that retired generals and officers are having fun, but do you
think that they haven't tarnished the reputation of the military institution
due to their unconstitutional and unlawful actions?
Don't you think that even today the corrupt generals in the service of
the army will further damage the remaining reputation of the army with their
unconstitutional, unlawful and immoral actions and movements?
Why are a few corrupt generals and officers bent upon destroying the
entire army?
If the corrupt generals and officers of the army and the ISI will
conduct military operations against the MQM and other political parties, ban
their political activities, form groups in political parties, patronised
terrorist groups rejected by the people, arrest political workers on the
pointation of their agents, kidnap and enforce them to disappear, torture them
in custody to change their loyalty, openly bully, threaten and pressure them
then you can't hide the facts that the army grossly maintains a deep state.

Allah witnesses everything. Remember that if you people do not stop this
and seek Allah's forgiveness, but keep repeating the mistakes of the past, then
the people will name the military establishment as the destroyer of Pakistan.
For God's sake, have mercy on Pakistan.
