The founder and leader of MQM Mr. Altaf Hussain said that no one can take anyone’s position. Every individual has his own status and position. No one can take his status. 
Mr. Hussain expressed these views while giving a long lecture to Rabita Committee members from London and Karachi. He told them about the national and international situation, party situation, human nature and its weakness.
His detailed lecture will be release later. However, few quotes from the lectures are being released. It has been observed that people from the same nation or ethnicity display different nature, potential and mental maturity.
People create their position and status in society on the basis of their personal traits. They display fear that persons with similar personality traits will snatch their status and position. For example, people who conspired to poison Socrates because of knowledge and philosophy could not reach up to his status.
Mr. Hussain said that fear of losing one’s status generates negative thoughts in a person’s mind. This fear also hurt his natural abilities. People should not develop fear and should respect and value one another. We see this kind of things in our national politics where people fight among themselves for power. Our enemies are trying to harm us so we must show unity.
