Rabita Committee condemns the registration of false and fabricated cases against MQM Landhi Sector’s worker Amir Hasan Siddiqui.

Muttahida Quami Movement’s Rabita Committee has strongly condemned the registration of false and fabricated cases against MQM Landhi Sector’s worker Amir Hasan Siddiqui. They said that the government would not be able to achieve the objectives of operation against criminals by arresting innocent persons and registering false case against them. 
 In a statement they said, “Amir Hasan Siddiqui was arrested from his home, which is 36-B Landhi, on 19 October at 5:30 am in the morning. No information was shared with the family after his arrest. His family filed a petition in the Sindh High Court on 22 October for his recovery.”
The Rabita Committee said he was presented before the media on 25 October saying that he was involved in a number of criminal cases. They added that this action gave the impression that law enforcement agencies were not adhering to laws. 
The Rabita Committee said that the law enforcement agencies would have to adhere to laws if they want achieve their operational objectives. They demanded that they must stop arresting innocent people and registering false and fabricated cases against them.
