The government should take into consideration the interests of old employees of PIA when they decide the future of the organization: Altaf Hussain

The founder and leader of MQM Mr.Altaf Hussain has said the government should take into consideration the interests of old employees of PIA when they decide the future of the organization. He has urged them to take into confidence PIA’s employees when formulating policy about its future.
In a statement, Mr. Hussain has said that we have been receiving news about the privatization of PIA. According to reports the government will either completely privatize PIA or partially privatize it. These news reports have shocked and disturbed PIA’s employees.
He said that the news reports regarding PIA’s privatization has worried them. They are anxious about their future. They say they could become victims of lay-off because of privatization. It could destroy their future. 
Mr. Hussain has assured the government that his party would support their positive policies to turn the state-owned organizations which are  suffering loses into profitable ones. However, the government should safeguard future of old employees.
Mr. Hussain has urged the Prime Minister of Pakistan and policy makers of PIA to safeguard the interests of employees when they formulate policies to decide the future of PIA.  This will ensure the prosperity of employees and the organization after privatization.
