MQM condemns increase rate of child abduction in Punjab

KARACHI, 28-07-2016:
The Coordination Committee of Muttahida Quami Movement strongly condemned the increased rate of crimes, especially child abductions and murder after abusing them physically seemed an epidemic crime in the province.

In a statement, the Coordination Committee said that the PML-N government continuously beating the trumpet to indicating others crimes but unable to peep its own ruling province Punjab’s crime rate indicator blowing out their performance. It said that the Punjab government seemed incompetent to maintain the province and was proven sterile to resolve the issues of the people.

The Committee said that the Supreme Court had taken sou moto action against the increased rate of child abductions and the Punjab government did not react. It said that for last 7 months almost 768 children were abducted and the police did not registering the FIRs while the parents were facing serious trouble to get the justice.

The Coordination Committee demanded the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif and Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif to take stern action against the gangs involved in the abductions of the children in the province. It said that the law enforcement agencies should also start an operation against the criminals and jet-black terrorists.
